SMS Terms and Conditions

Callazin Alerts is a text message program for business owners who use a Callazin service. When a Callazin intake line answers a call for your business, you get a text with the caller's details and what they need. You may also receive service status notices and replies to questions you text us. By opting in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Messages: Call summaries from your intake line, service and account notices, and answers to your questions
Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically one text per call your line answers, plus occasional service notices.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in

You opt in during onboarding, when you set up a Callazin service and give us the mobile number that should receive alerts and agree to receive text messages from Callazin. You can also opt in by texting START to (213) 725-2230. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any Callazin service. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove the number for you.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and may not be available on every network or in every area.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
